How to use GarageOps.app
Let the technician initiate the visit
If you don’t have time to offer your customers the recommended maintenance services when booking their appointment or when they drop off their keys, you can still do so easily when you contact them to share the inspection results.
Your customer has dropped off their vehicle. Your technician uses the GarageOps mobile app to perform the inspection. Once the pre-inspection is complete and the notification appears on the dashboard, you’ll be able to view your customer’s preventive maintenance schedule for their vehicle.
GarageOps is a tool designed to make selling maintenance services easier—not just performing inspections. After an inspection is completed, you can easily recommend the appropriate maintenance services to your customer (right-hand section) by clicking ACCEPT or DECLINE to confirm the work.
One of the best ways to keep your shop consistently busy is to prepare for your customers’ future visits. After each inspection, if the recommended maintenance services are approved and completed, GarageOps automatically creates a reminder for the customer’s next scheduled maintenance.
